We are extremely proud of this magnificent boy! Mr. Lincoln is our first bred by Grand Champion, he attained his Grand Championship in very limited showing. It's very hard to fault this doggie, he is extremely sound and correct from head to tail and he moves beautifully. He has a perfect, correct topline which AKC judges love to see and is not common enough in our breed.
Another very important attribute to us is his outstanding temperament. Lincoln is very versatile and adaptive, he shines in every social situation whether he is around older people or babies and toddlers, he is sensitive to all people and behaves accordingly. Lincoln is the best puppy nanny you could ever hope to find, he watches over the baby puppies, plays with them and protects them with love and patience.
Lincoln is a joy to watch in the show ring, he loves to show and he really struts his stuff! Lincoln has been lovingly shown and earned his first major with our dear friend Chandra Fabrizius. He was taken the rest of the way and finished by our very talented professional handler Kat Wallis of Black Diamond Show Dogs. Lincoln finished his Grand Championship in style at the Denver Dog Show taking Best of Breed on Saturday, February 13th. Kat and Lincoln will continue to compete in the specials ring and go through the Grand Championship levels.
Lincoln has been thoroughly health tested and like his outstanding parents, he is ALL CLEAR for the genetic diseases most commonly found in this breed. They are: DM-SOD1-A, HU-Hyperuricosuria, Cystinuria-Type 3, CMR1-Canine Multifocal Retinopathy, Hereditary Cataract, CHG-Congenital Hypothyroidism with Goiter. We are thrilled and proud to have such an outstanding, healthy and sound boy!
